I create an environment where a child opens up through movement, attention, and respect. Training is only one part. The main thing is the journey we take together.
MY STORY & JOURNEY
I went to a regular school. My mom took me to football, and from age six I was already chasing the ball. At the same time I studied at a music school (accordion), can sing and write songs. Music is still a part of my life.
On my parents’ advice I earned a basic business education: a degree in Business & Technology Management (logistics/economics) and a master’s in supply-chain management.
Sport was always beside me. I began coaching kids, and over time it became my main work. I founded the Young Tiger club — a space for growth, friendship, and movement. Years later, feeling burnout, I paused.
I met Polina, we got married, and moved to Dubai. Here I keep learning — from child psychology to adaptive physical education. Now I’m about the child: a mentor and coach who is there in sport, in life, and in the child’s heart.

Not training for the sake of sport — but sport for the sake of growth.
I run sessions for all ages — from toddlers to teens. But even more important is building a connection with parents. We don’t just train; we meet, discuss, and find solutions together. This isn’t classes by schedule — it’s a shared journey.

Sometimes there are 1,000 km between us, but the child still wants to be with me.
For my son Nikita, Yura became a true mentor and friend. He is always happy to see him, even though the Young Tiger club in Belarus has closed and Yura has moved to Dubai. We are eagerly waiting for the next meeting! I'm truly glad that such a person appeared in my child's life — not just a coach, but a role model he wants to follow. That's priceless.

With Yura we began our long journey in sports. Thanks to these sessions, Seva developed a true love for movement, and today he is cheerful, active, and open to new experience.
