Each level includes its own combination of training sessions, development tools and additional opportunities for the child and family.

Each program is fully tailored to the child's age, current level, goals, personality, and individual needs. This format allows for the deepest level of development, focusing not only on physical abilities but also on confidence, discipline, coordination, and building lifelong healthy habits.

Sessions take place in small groups of children matched by age and skill level.

Every new participant receives an official Yura Tiger Welcome Kit.

Goals, achievements, newly developed skills, and training results are recorded throughout the program. This allows both parents and children to clearly see progress, celebrate milestones, and understand the next areas for development.
Mentorship doesn't end when the training session is over.
I stay in regular contact with parents, sharing observations, recommendations, and answering any questions that arise. This ongoing communication helps achieve better results and ensures the child's development remains consistent and purposeful.
Every month we review priorities together and adjust the development plan.
This allows us to respond to the child's progress, maintain motivation, and continue moving toward long-term goals with a clear and structured strategy.
At the end of each month, parents receive a concise progress report.

ORGANIZATION

MENTORSHIP TERMS

Transparent policies designed to ensure a smooth, comfortable and effective mentorship experience.

The cost of the first introductory session is determined by the selected session format. If you enroll in a mentorship program within 7 calendar days of the session, the full amount will be credited toward the selected program.
The introductory session will count as the first session of the program.
Each mentorship package is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of activation.

To achieve the best results, it is recommended to complete all sessions within this period.
A regular training schedule is agreed upon in advance.

If necessary, it may be adjusted by mutual agreement, subject to available time slots.
The standard duration of one training session is 50 minutes.

If the family would like to extend the duration of a session, this can be arranged in advance. In such cases, a longer session may be counted as two completed training sessions within the current program, depending on the agreed duration and format.

Any extension of training time must be discussed and agreed in advance, taking into account the mentor’s schedule and availability.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, it may be rescheduled provided that notice is given within the required timeframe.

The required notice period depends on your selected package:
- Basic — at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
- Plus — at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.
- Elite — no later than 1 hour before the start of the session.
If, by the end of the 30-day program period, any rescheduled sessions remain unused, they will be carried over upon renewal of the program with a package of the same or a greater number of sessions and may be used within the following 30 calendar days.

Rescheduled sessions are conducted subject to availability within Yura Tsyrkunov’s current schedule.

If the carried-over sessions are not used within the following 30-day period, they will automatically expire and cannot be carried over again.

If the program is renewed with a package that includes fewer sessions than the previous one, any carried-over sessions will be forfeited and cannot be retained.
If a session is cancelled after the required notice period or the child does not attend without prior notification, the session will be considered completed.
If you arrive late, the session may be shortened if another training session is scheduled immediately afterward.
Payment must be completed before the selected program begins.

The price is fixed at the time of purchase and remains valid throughout the paid period.

To maintain your regular schedule and ensure uninterrupted training, it is recommended to renew your mentorship package no later than 5 calendar days before the current program expires.
The next program period and the child’s individual schedule are planned in advance. If the family plans to take a break, change the training format, or discontinue participation in the program, please notify us no later than 7 calendar days before the end of the current period.

If no such notice is received within this timeframe, the next period is considered confirmed, as the child’s place in the program and the agreed individual time slot continue to be reserved. In this case, payment for the next period is due in full in accordance with the program terms.

If payment has already been made and the family later decides not to continue, the amount paid is non-refundable. However, all sessions and services included in the program remain available until the end of the paid period.

This policy helps us plan the schedule in advance and fairly reserve individual time for each family.
Before training begins, parents must inform Yura Tiger about any medical conditions, allergies, health concerns, or professional recommendations that may affect the training process.
For any organizational questions, you can contact Yura Tiger using your preferred communication method.

Responses are provided as quickly as possible on business days, excluding Sundays.
Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for progress reports, performance analysis, and Yura Tiger publications.

If your family prefers not to have any photos or videos used, simply let us know in advance.
Every family is unique.

If circumstances arise that are not covered by these guidelines, each situation will be considered individually, taking into account the best interests of the child, the family, and the capabilities of the mentorship program.

Mentorship is much more than training sessions. It is a comprehensive development program that includes family support, goal setting, progress tracking, personalized recommendations, additional activities, and ongoing communication with your mentor.
Start by selecting your preferred training format (Individual, Split, or Group), followed by the number of sessions per month. Then choose your support level — Basic, Plus, or Elite — based on the level of guidance and support your family needs.
Yes. Your support level can be upgraded or changed at any time after discussing your child's progress and goals with your mentor. I always recommend the option that best suits your family's current needs.
Yes. In special circumstances, your mentorship program may be temporarily paused with prior agreement. Each request is reviewed individually.
After you submit your application, I will contact your family to discuss your goals, learn more about your child, and recommend the most suitable mentorship format. Together, I'll then schedule your first session.
My programs are designed for children from approximately 2 years old and above. Every session is individually adapted to the child's age, abilities, and stage of development.
Sessions can take place at your home, in a sports facility, outdoors, or online, depending on your preferred format and individual needs.
Each training session lasts 50 minutes. This applies to individual, split, group, family, and online training sessions across all support levels.
Yes. Online mentorship is suitable for both independent child training and parent-guided sessions. It is especially convenient for families living outside Dubai.
If you notify me in advance, I will do my best to reschedule the session, subject to availability. Every situation is considered individually.
Payment is made in advance for the selected month or mentorship period. Long-term programs include preferred pricing and additional benefits.
Comfortable sportswear, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude. Any additional equipment required for the session will be provided by your mentor unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Absolutely. As your child grows and your family's goals evolve, you can upgrade or switch to another support level without restarting the program.
Your program fee includes much more than training sessions. It also covers all services included in your selected support level, such as family support, educational materials, progress reports, consultations, and additional benefits available at your membership level.
The number of training sessions determines how often your child trains, while the support level determines the level of family support and the additional services included. This flexible approach allows every family to create a program that best matches their goals, schedule, and budget.
